How our pricing works
- Instant estimate: Complete our intake form (4–6 fields). You’ll see an immediate estimated price range for projects like yours.
- Tailored proposal: After the intake you may request a written, itemised proposal (delivered by email) or schedule a short 15-minute clarifying call for complex scopes.
- Ranges: Prices below are typical starting-to-upper ranges; final quotes depend on word count, editorial depth, distribution, and marketing scope.
- Payment: Standard terms are 50% deposit to begin and 50% on delivery or milestone schedule. Payment plans available for qualifying clients.

Starter Package
Price range: USD $500 – $1,200
Best for: first-time indie authors who need essential production and light editorial support.
- 60-minute onboarding (remote) & project plan
- Basic manuscript checklist & editorial assessment (up to 50K words)
- Copyediting (light) or a developmental edit sample (up to 10K words) — choose one
- Interior formatting for eBook (reflowable) and print-ready PDF (template-based)

- Full interior formatting for print + enhanced eBook (up to 80K words)
- Metadata optimization and distribution setup (KDP, IngramSpark, Apple Books)
- 4–6 week prelaunch marketing campaign (email, social templates, media kit)
- ARC/early review campaign coordination (up to 200 ARCs/contacts)
- One virtual launch event facilitation (planning + tech support)
- Monthly performance report for first 3 months post-launch
Premium Package
Price range: USD $3,000 – $5,000+
Best for: authors seeking a high-touch, career-focused program with branding, PR, and extended marketing.

- Rights & licensing consult for foreign rights / media options
- Ongoing publicity support and quarterly strategy reviews for 6 months
